nowadays busy you know? haha training training everyday...monday wednesday and thursday i go gym on tuesday..tired leh...can i take a rest? NEVER TAKE A REST NOW train till very hard so there we could get medal...want to win something need to put in alot effort..it impossible for you to win something if you not work hard at all...today softball training,warm up strain my leg..now still pain...tomoorrrow going to gym!!! crazy right? it's normal...it's the only way to improve till the next level..i wanna to become pros next time...wanna join me..if you join me sure die...you can even miss a beat...hahaha..now still thinking whether should i tell her or not? i really donno...my jie today go chalet she say 5people only,then ivan i going gym with him tomorrow,seashell still as blur as before,qi yang still horny then jian hao still as honest as before

today was a afternoon training...i went to school with jie and hafiqa this time...they all keep talking...i just keep listen to my music so happy;p then arfter that its the real training first do 100 cruches,then do 100 push one leg up then change leg after that do base running then get to touch ball...so happy...after the train i went home with jie..i tgot one thing to comment at her..SHE WAS SO DEM SEXY;P haha jie don blame me is you wear until dem sexyy...i must say the truth cannot bluff...then hor at bus my four limbs no strength...then hor i listen to music...jie scold mmee keep listening to music..then ying xuan go disturb me..when i went home cannot take it went to sleep..then now i am thinking what should i do about it..no what thing..because is my secret...now smsing yeah so happy

this tuesday;p.. tuesday was totally running a marthon...firstly in the after i go to help my mother then i go find deroy they all... i use walk wan...walk until my sport shoe become muddy xp so er xin...they we all at gym ttaking 2.5kg weights...so light...coach say cannot take very heavy...then i go test the speed ,my speed is 180...faster than car loh...then i go run it was 12km/h...then after gym we went to swimming at the complex..it was so tiring...then after that we run to punggol plaza there to play basketball- double ring...deroy they all own another group...then after we softball play with one ah mo..he was so tall until like can slam dunk..then after that hand dem weak

okay i am back...hmmm...lets talk about monday...i was training in the early morning,we start we afew sets of running and throwing and i reailse my stamina dropped..run abit feel very tired...); but my throwing still very fast as before also very powerful **v haha lols then after the training i went to punggol plaza buy bubble tea ;p but hor when i come out from school i saw my jiejie and hafiqa;o so amazing...yea..then after bubble tea went home;p ..my aim for that day was to build back my whole body back to last time condition..my stamina also must rise faster hahaha!!!! ming tong and deroy very good coach let them go overseas training:0 dem  holy good sia...i dem jealous..nevermind i work hard and become more stronger than them

tomorrow is school le lei;D you all excited to get result? i aim for 3'A'....I ONLY SCARE ENGLISH AND SCIENCE CMI... the rest sure quite okay ;p today also at home do nothing only keep watching show then go sleep liao then now wake up eat dinner and nth else...now i pray god that my math will win judith..geography will win qiyang..english and science will pass and d&t and chinese can do very well...today i will end here have a nice day for tomorrow...muhahahaXD

start from monday bah...monday i went to school and do that particular test for 3 hour infect more....i from 11am reach there ;p until 2pm...uglam so dem long sia cannot take it...some more the math question is dem easy ;D  compare to miss wong paper...then the science,some is sec1 learn de but i forgotton so uglam don say liao very paisseh...then at night i and ivan jogging went downstair...i run dem alot sia like mad dog just joking but my stamina also drop like mad dog but nevermind i train hardeer will recover soon...then i run 5 rounds around senkang primary there about 4km like that...then after the jog i go buy root beer drink,one word to describe,nice!!

next day,tuesday,i went to watch movie with jianhao <3 and jerene <3 they all...when i went down as it is raining cats and dogs...it's a big downpour...and some gwen takes veryvery long -.-when we watch the child's eye,is a horror movie right?but we kept on laughing and guessing when the monster and the ghost come out somemore still got round one round two and final round...the ending like shit...the family die and all die very weird no link at all....

today worse even more sian at home stare in the air wake up at 11plus after shower eating etc then went to bed again until 4plus then eat unil now....wish faster got school if not will be dem sian de loh

today i felt so happy altough alot things happen...she knew but she just kept quiet...sian haha alot things happened i only just kept quiet, not like me at all;( by the way i said i would not blog again right? because too much things in my mind i just write on blog never told anyone yeah so happy..i sms to everyone but i didnt want her to get sad so i did hai...so regret doing that...if my jie now feeling guilty because she hai me also...i wish nothing had happen but is not possible...AIYA FAN SI  LE...my first test is coming so now must forget eveything...get good grades and show everyone...yeah...must take amath next year...wish i could have softball training now so i train harder to beat other ppl...

sorry everyone today is my last post before the exam starts i will post again in the future no worry..today very happy 7person on top of me somemore sit ley...400plus kg...after that i carry alastair he seem very scare in the end we suceeded in the game...alastair face was red like an apple...yesterday more fun..i own xavier and azzad one vs two the score was 7:3 total ownage..so happy win them with last two lay up;p

Today also nothing different just as no training...no training very sian..haah nevermind..today wake up at 9 do some housework and went to compass point and study...although we never study much but we had alot of fun..after that when i reach home i play comp then dinner then play comp...seriously now i very miss the ....... ><

one fun day

today, i early in the morning wake up get ready to go training..i pack very as usual i take bus then blabla..then after training i mingtong and deroy they all go punggol plaza eat after eat go school prepare for photoshoot..then after that i wear tie all though...then we start to take picture and i felt very weiry doing alot fake things in order to take the picture...after that i rush down go play basketball with deroy they all play until dem funny..reach home shower then that it's ^^

early in the morning wake up, after doing all the packing i take bus faster go school,teacher drive us there and then after all the video session we have to go into group but haslam and joey and they leave us they went to become group ic but nevermind still left le'schane ,jia min and me in the team...i go maris stella nothing to eat de but le'schane still tell me eat i thik she forget i am a vegetarian.but nevermind just new friends...after that we all went up the stair and go to the shawn hall..start to discuss about the game...after that we discuss... the game starts that first time we teach them is quite difficult but i interraical with them, lots of them i think they start to haveteamwork and more about their new friends ;) then after  that we take our certificate of facilitate..i so happy wish that can try onemore time but i think don have the chance bah ); after that we all dismiss and i keep sms then ming tong say me alot of things then azzad down there taking his phone taking all our photo..then jia yi like very emo..after  that we went to cp and eat... then home sweet home ;)

when about 7plus then i remember need to cut hair so i rush to the shop and tell the guy help me cut layer after then now become even more handsome...just joking;p

today i have not much to say because i have been all the while been in house except morning,i went to eat prata and prata with egg;p then after now doing nothing at home...wish can get back my phone soon... xD haha later sian got home tution T.T

today i had alot fun, i most happy lesson is geography because my group is fast and good in the work so we get off 7mins early ;D then i and azzad go find miss tng for consent form for the maria stella sl things..after that i just walk to the busstop...i saw yih chiau, he said hi then i suddenly saw jie..she came and ask me why i break but i don't want to explain because is past): ...so i choose to change the subject..then the gwen keep ask me the name but i never answer her;p  when we on bus jie told me that she say korkor no mood then don dare sms him because don't want to disturb him..must sms korkor  everyday.. i want to do my promise very easy so no worries can do in few minutes
when i reach home, gwen go and call me and keep ask me what name.. haha she very fuuny...then after that i when to sleep then 4.10 wake up prepare everything and went back to school get ready for sec1 meet parent session...student leader help out..then i was shocked that chi yu say i am in-charge of today session..we have alot fun archery and i saw zi xian, she again shy liao..i in-charge very easy no need help just supervisor walk around then got one class super nosy!! after we have our dinner..this dinner sure must thank miss lim for her choices of food..after dinner continue work...than ming tong class is the slowest then i take one paper got write please finish and show to miss tng..when going home i talking with ming tong about someone..is a she..then shujuan like very emo..haha what a wonderful day!!!;)
